Christabelle and Golly
   

Christabelle and Golly are a twosome as they sit on a chair waiting for the holiday to arrive.

Christabelle is 26 inches (66 cm.) tall and made from long pile Schulte Mohair in a pale tan/blonde color. She has German glass eyes and wears a handmade, hand smocked, holly print cotton dress with a red silk bow tied around her head.

Her Golly friend stands 20 inches (50 cm.) tall and made from hand dyed red and green mohair with velveteen hands and feet. Face is black felt with button stitching around the eyes and mouth.

Both are fully jointed and filled with Poly-fil and plastic pellets.

Red flower beads with small green and
white pearl colored beads dot the smocking.
Holiday calico printed cotton dress is hand made, hand smocked and has white piping around the collar and sleeves.  The dress had two holly covered buttons for easy opening and removable for a quick change.

Long sash ties in the back.
 

       
Christabelle has a shaved muzzle and inner ear that exposes the woven backing.
Nose on this large bear takes 3 hours to embroider and uses a whole ball (87 yards) of thread.
A Jinglebears' trademark.
   

Christabelle is ready to party while Golly relaxes for the holidays.

and signed by Jan.

Metal vintage child's folding chair included, is painted a soft Christmas green.
